BNG Units for Sale

Land with Biodiversity Net Gain Units for Sale

Civity is an expanding landbank authorised to sell BNG units. In most cases, the Environment Act demands ‘like-for-like or better’ compensation for habitats lost through development. So, if we do not have the units you need, we will find them for you.
